She holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development with a concentration in training and development technology from Webster University, as well as a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Instructional Design. Additionally, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University. Yolanda’s professional background spans managed care, higher education where she served as the Student Health and Counseling Life Development Coordinator at Webster University, and training coordination. Her diverse expertise allows her to connect with individuals and communities, ensuring they have access to vital mental health resources and training. Yolanda is deeply committed to her faith, which contributes to her desire for helping others. Her passions extend to enjoying music, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. Her dedication and strong interpersonal skills make her a valuable addition to the Bridges to Care and Recovery team, where she is excited to further the mission of reducing mental health stigma and promoting wellness in the community.
