Nicole Wood

Senior Program Manager

Nicole Wood joined the Behavioral Health Network team in March of 2022 as a Senior Program Manager for Missouri Transition-Aged Youth Local Engagement and Recovery (MO TAY-LER). The goal of the MO TAY-LER project is to improve access to treatment and support services for transition aged youth with serious mental disorders. She possesses more than 15 years of experience in direct practice settings where she has specialized in supporting the growth and development of programs meeting the needs of individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental and behavioral health conditions. Most recently, Nicole served as the Director of Operations at Sparlin Mental Health. There, she focused on program development and management, supervision, and collaborating with community partners. Nicole earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She completed her undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys traveling, reading, most outdoor activities, and spending time with her loved ones.
