Frederick Evans

Program Manager

Frederick is BHN’s Program Manager for Recovery Initiatives, including the Dunnica Sobering Support Center at Preferred Family Healthcare. Frederick resides in Metro East Illinois, area. He has worked in the nonprofit world for over 20 years in many different capacities that have essentially brought him to his new role at Behavioral Health Network. Frederick’s expertise spans the spectrum of community engagement and outreach, data analysis, linkage liaison, managing processes and teams, program development and evaluation, and much more. Frederick’s skills developed from the many opportunities he has encountered throughout his career in serving others. Frederick is currently a Board Member of the Southwestern Illinois Foundation. Frederick holds a Masters Degree from Lindenwood University, St. Charles, MO in Non-Profit Management and he holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Services and Religion from Millikin University, Decatur, IL as well. He has always been very active in his community by participating in many service activities. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing and taking it easy.
