Alicia Brown

Grants and Outcomes Manager

Alicia Brown is the Grant and Outcomes Manager at BHN, where she supports the organization's dedication to creating a more accessible and coordinated system of behavioral health by securing funding for key initiatives. Her work at BHN includes grant writing, reporting on projects to funders, and helping to identify opportunities for funding that would further BHN's mission. Alicia brings with her several years of management and administrative experience in both law firms and the non-profit sector. This includes the four years she served as Executive Assistant for Alive & Well Communities, an influential trauma-informed care non-profit in St. Louis, in which she organized various trainings in the community. The work she has done and continues to do speaks to her passion for positively impacting her community in St. Louis, the town she has called home for most of her life. When she isn't working, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her tight-knit family, playing chess and other board games with her friends, attending "Gateway Blerds" events, and cuddling with her dog, Maple.
