Christopher Hotard

Program Manager

Chris joined Behavioral Health Network of Greater St. Louis in December of 2021 as Program Manager of Complex Care. Throughout his career, Chris has been committed to driving systemic change to help people from disadvantaged backgrounds. He has worked over five years in homeless services in the St. Louis area and in Dayton, Ohio. He also spent four years helping to lead wraparound services for the Normandy school system in St. Louis County. He has experience as a congregation-based community organizer and as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Chris grew up in High Ridge, Missouri, and attended Indiana University where he earned a MPA in Nonprofit Management as well as a BSOF in Piano Performance and Philosophy. He lives in St. Louis County with his wife, Emily, and two boys, Zach and Jacob.
