Bradley Wing
Director of Data Sciences and Analytics
Bradley Wing is BHN’s Director of Data Science and Analytics. In addition to being responsible for the development, analysis, and internal/external reporting of BHN’s program data to promote data-driven decision-making, he is also responsible for working on Complex Care, an approach to system reform and collaboration focused on extreme patterns of acute care utilization and cost by a small group of patients with complicated behavioral health, medical, and social needs that largely go unaddressed despite frequent contact. Prior to coming to BHN in October of 2020, he served as Research and Data Manager at the St. Louis County Family Court. Before that, he worked as Principal Research Management Analyst at the Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator, focusing on Disproportionate Minority Contact in the juvenile justice system. Brad earned his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Missouri with specializations in Social Inequalities and Political Sociology.
