Elizabeth Gebhart
Director of Grants & Administration
Elizabeth Gebhart is a communication specialist with more than 15 years of experience in leadership and development, including translating corporate visions into the development and execution of strategies. Her work for the past decade has been in the non-profit sector. She joined Behavioral Health Network as the Director of Grants and Administrative Operations. In addition to providing documentation for grantors, monitoring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and providing outcome reports/analysis of all BHN programs/grants. Her role is also responsible for generating grant prospects, identifying, and applying for grants in collaboration with the Programs Management team, performing administrative support related to data and fiscal management, including the provision of technical support to key external partners. She will also be a member of the BHN leadership team and provide oversight to the staff who support the administrative operations of the organization. Elizabeth resides in the Metro East, Illinois area where she and her husband find beautiful chaos in supporting their blended family of six children. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, IL and an Associate of Arts in Speech Communications. She embraces the rewards and challenges of serving in the non-profit sector and supporting mission-based work.
